How does the free trial work? +
Sign up and get 14 days of full access to your chosen plan. No credit card required to start. You can search for buyers, generate outreach emails, and track your pipeline. When your trial ends, subscribe to continue.
When is the 15% commission charged? +
Only when you mark a deal as "closed" in your dashboard. You enter the deal value, and the 15% commission is calculated automatically. You are never charged unless a real deal closes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No lock-in, no penalties.
What happens if I cancel? +
You keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data (brands, buyers, emails) is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything before leaving.
Do you support Korean won (KRW) billing? +
Currently we bill in USD. Stripe handles the currency conversion automatically, so you can pay with any card regardless of your local currency. KRW invoicing is on the roadmap.
